Terms and conditions
Please review our operational terms, service level commitments, and contractual standards for out-of-hours lift call answering and emergency dispatch services provided by SEL Lift Telecoms UK.

Service commitments and technical onboarding
We provide comprehensive 24/7 emergency response targets, rigorous call answering times, and swift engineer dispatch limits to protect your passengers around the clock. Thanks to our advanced technology platform, technical setup is effortless: all we require is for your designated out-of-hours phone lines to be diverted directly to our specialised telephone line.

Agreements, billing, and cancellations
Our lift telecommunication services operate under formal annual contracts designed to give lift businesses consistent, reliable coverage throughout the year. All service invoices must be settled by the agreed payment deadlines. Contract cancellations require formal written notice in accordance with the standard notice period outlined in your specific service agreement.

Limitation of liability and client duties
SEL Lift Telecoms UK maintains high operational availability but cannot accept liability for disruptions beyond our direct control, including widespread third-party telecoms network failures or line cut-offs. Additionally, we are not liable for delayed dispatches resulting from incomplete or inaccurate on-call engineer rotas supplied by the client.
